Our puppies are available to APPROVED  HOMES ONLY. As a responsible breeder we try to ensure that our puppies are going to suitable homes where all their needs will be met and the prospective owners have researched their chosen breed and educated themselves as to the long term responsibility involved. We do have the right to refuse unapproved homes.

 The price of our puppies varies for bloodline & pick of pup. All picks will be made at 8 weeks. 



We advertise our breeding’s early to ensure each puppy has an approved home by the time they are 8 weeks of age. To get on our verbal  list you MUST contact us by phone. NO emails will be accepted. When breeding takes place, you will be notified it is time to send in your deposit for your puppy. If we do not hear from you with in a weeks' time you are removed from the verbal list. We will post on our site when breeding has taken placed & confirmed. If you have not heard from us and you feel the breeding should be taken place or you think has, do not hesitate to contact us.

Available Picks if available, will be listed on our site after deposits are collected.

 

All deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another litter. With your deposit, provide us with your email address so we can get our contract out to you as well as provide you updates & pictures by email of pups as they arrive.

When we receive your deposit we will email you confirmation of sex , pick or if it was picked on temperament alone of your puppy that we have verbal agreed upon.

 

All pups must be paid in Full by the time they are 8 weeks of age, and transportation must be arranged. 


All of our  puppies are wormed every 2 weeks from birth, have received their 6 week vaccination. They leave with a start on the basic training steps to ensure easy transitions. (Socialization, walking on leash collars & potty training) No puppy leaves before eight weeks of age.


1 The Buyer agrees to provide a life-long commitment, comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, proper grooming and responsible care. This includes keeping this puppy/dog parasite free and up to date with inoculations, healthy weight, proper nutrition, which consists of a good quality professional feed given at regular intervals, and fresh water available at all times. The Buyer promises to provide a safe environment for the dog, and never allow the dog to roam freely without proper fencing or supervision. The Seller strongly recommends that the puppy/dog be micro-chipped in order to facilitate his return if lost or stolen.

    If at any time the Buyer can no longer retain possession of this dog, the Seller is to be notified and given first option of resuming full ownership of dog in order for the Seller to locate this dog a new home. The dog will be returned with all ABRA papers and medical records. Should any circumstances arise that affect the quality of life of the dog, the breeder/seller is to be informed so that they may participate in determining the future of the dog. The Breeder/ Seller reserve the right to approve/prohibit any transfer of this animal to a third party. Under no circumstances will this dog be sold, leased, traded or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter or similar facility.

   The Buyer agrees to contact the Seller immediately if any questions or concerns arise about the dog, such as housing, diet, or health. The buyer agrees to keep the seller informed of any treatment as it occurs. This provides the Breeder/Seller with an opportunity to follow up on puppies and gives us important feedback.

All Conditions are listed on contract that must be signed by new puppy parents before purchase.

 

 

Our puppies are registered with the American Registry & Achieves (ABRA). http://abra1st.com/  Registration papers will either be provided at time of sale of the puppy or transferred to the Buyer immediately upon receipt from ABRA if they are still being processed. All pups produced by us will carry the MoJo’s name in front of their registered name. All puppies as well as parents

are listed on the Pedigree Data Base. http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/ for more pedigree details, you can also print this out for your record if you would like.

 

 We love to hear how our puppies are doing and are always available to offer help and support for the life of your friend.
